Bullying? We are as human who become
the parents of our children must know about bullying, what is bullying, why
some people do bullying, what the impact of bullying, until how to protect our
children from bullying. Because sometimes the parents have low awareness to
know that their children has become the target or victim of bullying on their
school or surrounding, until they saw the bad impact of bullying of their
children.

doer of bullying is the person who feel suppressed, insulted, threatened, hurt,
revenge, etc. So the doer of bullying is the victims of bullying which do by
the other person to them. So that, this behavior can be called as a cycle, so
the big possibility the doer is the victims from the doer of bullying before.
Bullying is Intimidation and push
act to weaker individual or group to do something beyond of their ability, and
the doer do the bullying on purpose to make the physical of that person on
dangerous. We can see the common bullying is often happened in school like
oppression or verbal abuse which can be on mockery, teasing, or mock at name
addressing and make the person who get the name is un-convenience, slander,
rude word, rude critics and many. From verbal abuse the doer can continue to
terror of physical like kick, hit, rape the target or sexual harassment.
The doer who do the bullying start
from young age, with do the terror on boys or girls emotionally. The doer
disturb on many reasons, usually because they attract the attention from their
friends or parents, and can be also they feel they have power to control their
friends. But much people do the bullying because their imitated the adult or
television programs. That’s why, the parents must be control what their
children consume from television program. But actually the person can be a doer
of bullying are have many factors.
The first factors is family. the
doer of bullying sometimes from the family which have many problems. The
parents who always punish the children exaggerating, the house is full of
stress. The children will learn the bullying behavior when they observe and
then imitate to their friends. And so often happen violence behavior which do
by the parent and the children didn’t brave to resist, so the resistance will
be showed to their friends.
The second is school. When the
school party underestimate the bullying, especially verbal abuse and relational , the doer of bullying will be
felt they get more power to more do the intimidation for more people. Bullying
will be developed in school environment easily when in that school has
discriminative behavior, lake of control and ethic guidance, big social
discrepancy of rich people and poor people, or the weak of discipline in
school.
The third is the group of the same
age. When the children start interacting with their friends in school or at
home, sometime they are have a will to push to prove that they can joint in
certain group, and get respect from friends, or to show that she/he have a
power, the bravest, and the most important thing the she/he can hold the power
on the group.
The forth is environment. The
environment around the house is the biggest impact of bullying behavior.
Example, when a kid alive in the environment which always fighting or always
have enemies, or the behavior is not like a norm, so the kid will be easily to imitate the
behavior and he will not fell guilty or he will consider its common things and
isn’t break the norm.
But if we realize, bullying in school not only do by
the students who feel have power or wanna attract the attention from many
people, but the bullying can be done by teachers. Bullying is done by the
teacher usually is unrealized, when the teacher angry, mock at, say something
but with loud voice or rude word. Actually the purpose is to make the students
discipline, but when the student become afraid and suppressed, that’s why this
act can be called as bullying category, even the purpose is well.
The point is, when the teacher do
something hard or rude to threaten, make the students shame on, afraid, or make
the student suffer hard emotional depressed, so the acts can we categorized as
bullying. But the bullying by teacher is happened in consciously oftentimes on
purpose to have control or power of students.
We can see the symptoms, the sample
is start from the students will get bad score if they aren’t joint in course or
not buy the book from the teacher in related. If this case happened in one
school, it will be last long because the students are threaten about their
score if they brave to inform. And this is not only about score, but the
teacher action who press and “students motivation on getting achievement.
That’s why, bullying is must be
control seriously, because bullying victims on the position is almost
impossible to resist. Bullying in school to students isn’t only responsibility
of school because it can be happened out of school, like when they go or went home,
the doer can do their action and more dangerous because there`s no adult or
people watch it.

puberty factors in teenagers, identity crisis, a group of people, family
factors, social and etc. so the effort they can do is just minimize of
bullying. The school must be have the way for bullying case, because suspension
is not effective to stop the case, because the children still do in another
place.
Suspension or drop out from school
actually its just one of solution to bullying case in school. Even simple, but
its not the best solution , because the source of violence is the culture of
the violence. When they still see and feel the violence or anything rude act,
in home, school, they never learn how about peace, tolerance, help each others,
appreciate each others, and social camaraderie.
So the parent must be really control
their children, are they become the victims or the doer. Both of that is not good,
each others have the bad impact for the children. Dor the victims They will
afraid to out from home or go school, or become the criminal doer when they
start adult for the doer of bullying.
